The City Golf Championship Series

The City Golf Championship Series is an Annual Amateur Golf Tournament(s) held in select Cities. The Championship is a promotional golfing event developed by DCI Golf Marketing, to promote the game of golf, provide players with a fun, competitive sporting event, raise Scholarship Funds for local High School Students through the Youth Education Scholarship (YES) Fund, promote the City, and engage the local business community to promote their products and services by supporting the Tournament. Golfers of ALL levels are invited to play in this major City Wide Championship Golf Tournament and compete to win and be crowned "The City Golf Champion." Read More >>

The Championship Golf Course

The City Golf Championship is held on a challenging golf course within the city limits. To find out which course has been selected in your city, simply click on the name of the city located on the left side bar. Practice rounds will be scheduled one week prior to the Championship. Registered players will have their handicap index adjusted to the slope and rating of the selected golf course.

The Youth Education Scholarship Found.

The Youth Education Scholarship Fund is an integral part of the City Golf Championship and is established to provide financial support in the form of College Scholarships to deserving students. Graduating High School Seniors are eligible to apply for a “YES” Fund Scholarship, based on: Demonstrated financial need, Community service, Enrollment in a College/University and a minimum scholastic achievement of 3.0 GPA. Students must pursue a full-time course of study at an accredited College or University in the United States.
